We want you to be fully satisfied with your Footpatrol purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is returned in the original box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoe box is protected inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a printable shipping label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
